Sales Manager - Events

From Toronto - Canada, Rochelle moved to Queenstown in 2018 and started with RealNZ as her first employer in July of that year. With a degree in Economics and a wealth of experience in hospitality, aviation and legal, Rochelle is passionate about event planning from inception to execution.

A self-proclaimed foodie, you will most often catch Rochelle enjoying the fabulous food & wine our backyard has to offer. Rochelle loves a challenge and is always keen to try something new.


Holly Izzard

Business Development Executive - Events

Originally from London, Holly moved to Queenstown in 2019, where she joined the team at Real NZ. She has worked in F&B roles at Walter Peak before moving to the events team. With a wealth of experience in guest services and hospitality, she is committed to delivering exceptional experiences to every guest.

When Holly isn't working, you'll find her exploring the great outdoors. In winter, she's hitting the slopes, and in summer, she's tramping in the backcountry.


Ashley Baldock - Events Coordinator

Coordinator - Events

Ashley hails from the North Island and moved to Queenstown in 2021, quickly making it her permanent home. Joining the RealNZ whānau, she took on dual roles as an F&B team leader and deckhand aboard the TSS Earnslaw before moving to the events team. With extensive experience in hospitality and event planning, creating lasting memories for guests is Ashley’s passion.

Ashley thrives in the great outdoors; you'll often find her tackling a new hiking trail or braving a cold plunge in Queenstown's pristine lakes.
